On March 20, 2024, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A/A-1' long- and short-term issuer credit ratings to bpost SA/NV, with a stable outlook.
On April 11, 2024, following the announcement of the acquisition of Staci (see here and here), S&P Global Ratings placed our 'A/A-1' long- and short-term issuer credit ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications. S&P Global Ratings aims to resolve the CreditWatch placement upon completion of the acquisition, likely with a one-notch downgrade.
